Better Reviews

GP practices, dental practices, pharmacies and community services

For NHS organisations

Problems reach you privately the same minute. And every patient gets a one-tap Google option.

Why Google matters now for NHS providers

NHS.uk closed its public ratings and reviews in 2025. For most practices that leaves Google as the one score a prospective patient can see.

That score is written by the few. The patient who waited forty minutes leaves a review; the hundred who were seen on time do not.

CQC reads it too. Inspectors look at what patients say publicly and ask how you gather and act on feedback. An easy route for patients who had a good visit, plus a logged feedback trail, answers both.

What it is worth. A GP practice receives roughly £110 a year for every registered patient (global sum capitation) – one family who finds you on Google covers the service for the year.

The problem now

  • Your Google review link is rarely shared – so happy patients never think to post
  • The few who post unprompted are usually the unhappy ones
  • A low rating shapes local perception – fewer new patients choose your surgery

Every week without asking is a week of good visits that leave no trace.

Built around NHS ways of working

Nothing new to install and nothing new to govern. It sits inside the tools and duties your practice already has.

Prompting patients to review

Three touchpoints, all already part of a normal appointment. Each link is tagged so you can see which one works.

QR at reception and in rooms

Print-ready posters for the waiting room and a small card on the desk in consulting rooms. Scan, tap a star, done.

Text after the appointment

Ready-made wording for AccuRx or MJog, sent the same afternoon while the visit is fresh. Works with your existing batch messages.
