Better Reviews

For GP practices, dentists, pharmacies and clinics

Hear about problems the same minute – privately.
And give every patient a one-tap Google review.

How was your visit today?

How it works

  1. 1They tap a star

From a QR poster, a text after their visit, or your website. One tap – no login, no form to find.

  2. 2They choose where it goes

Every patient sees the same two options: post a public Google review, or send private feedback to the manager. Unhappy patients overwhelmingly choose the private route – because someone actually replies.

  3. 3You act on it

Every rating lands in a tracker in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Low ratings email your manager within a minute, reply drafted.

AI drafts your response.

When someone leaves a low rating, a reply is drafted for you – in your voice, ready to edit and send.

  • Drafted within a minute of the feedback arriving
  • Warm and apologetic – never admits liability or mentions clinical details
  • Nothing is ever sent automatically – you read it, tweak it, send it

Questions people ask

Is filtering reviews like this allowed by Google?

Yes, with care. Google bans incentives and “review gating” that blocks negative reviewers. Our page never blocks anyone – every screen links to your public Google listing, and the private form says so. We keep the wording inside Google’s policy.

Where does the feedback go?

Into your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace – a feedback spreadsheet and your manager’s mailbox. We hold no copy. The data-protection pack covers the rest, including privacy-notice wording.

We’re an NHS practice – does it work with NHSmail?

Yes. NHSmail is Microsoft 365, so the tracker and alerts sit in your practice’s own NHSmail. The Friends and Family Test carries on as normal. More for NHS organisations.

Does the public option have to be Google?

No. It can point to Trustpilot, Doctify or any review site you choose – we set one as your main destination. More for private healthcare.

What do we need to do?

Five things, none technical: your Google review link, a spot on your website (we can do this), a home for the spreadsheet in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, an email for alerts, and sign-off of the 12-month terms. Most practices are live within days of sending the first two.

What if we get no new reviews?

We don’t promise counts – nobody honestly can. We promise every patient a one-tap route to Google, a private channel most unhappy patients prefer, and a manager alert within a minute of any low private score.

Our web company is slow – will that hold us up?

No. We host the page on our domain, so nothing blocks go-live. Your web company only adds a link or button when they get round to it.

Can we cancel?

The plan is a 12-month term, paid monthly or annually, and renews each year. Give 30 days’ notice before renewal and it ends there. If we miss the 7-working-day go-live, we add a month free.
